Our Story
Young Leaders Education began with a simple yet powerful belief – education has the ability to change the destiny of an entire generation.
Across many rural and low-income communities in India, children drop out of school not because they lack ability, but because life becomes too heavy too early.
A few thousand rupees in school fees.
A missing uniform or books.
A sudden family emergency.
These challenges, though small in scale, are often enough to end a child’s education forever.
Young Leaders Education steps in before that happens.
Through timely financial assistance, mentorship, emotional guidance, and continuous engagement with schools and families, we ensure that children continue learning, dreaming, and building confidence in their future.

The Challenge We Address

Puneet founded Young Leaders Education with the belief that education is the foundation of lasting social change. Motivated by the realities faced by children from underserved communities, he focuses on building child-centric solutions that prevent school dropouts through financial support, mentorship, and emotional guidance. His approach emphasises long-term educational continuity and meaningful community engagement.
